Q: When will I receive my registration details? A: To be on the safe side, we say within 48 hours, to date all the registration details we sent were sent within 24 hours, 99% of the time within 12 hours, most of the time within 3 hours, and sometimes within the hour and sometimes even within 20 minutes. If you do not receive them within this time frame, it is recommended that you check all your email clients if you have more than one, as some people have an email address registered with paypal, and then use another email address more frequently, then they expect the registration details on the wrong email client while by preference we send them to the address registered with paypal. Always check the email address you have registered with paypal then check all your email clients, and also your email filter, as our email could have been intercepted by your filter and classified as junk without you knowing about it. Though after 48 hours if you have not received your registration details, it is recommended you contact us.
